I had a rather mixed experience at this place. The location was fantastic, very close to key attractions, and the staff were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. However, I was caught off guard by the fact that this was not a traditional hotel, and the breakfast situation was rather disappointing. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, and the room was uncomfortably hot without adjustable air conditioning.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We were unexpectedly moved to a different hotel due to issues at the original, which turned out to be much smaller and not clean. The location was decent, but the service was lacking, and it seemed like we were trapped in a cycle of unfulfilled promises. I would not recommend staying here.

The newly renovated rooms were immaculate, and the service was top-notch, especially with the breakfast arrangements and the complimentary phone for navigating Rome.
